To obtain authorization and shipping instructions to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call our Returns Department at 1-800-251-5967 or send an email to returns@lizziesgiftfinder.com within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owners manuals will be replaced or repaired.
A 20% restocking fee will apply on non-defective returns and refund will be issued as a store credit.
All returns must be pre-paid; no returns sent COD will be accepted - please call or email us for your return authorization.
You will receive an email from our Returns Department informing you of your store credit after it has been applied to your account.
Returns which do not meet the conditions outlined above will be returned and the shipping cost of return will be charged.
If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please save the box and all of the packing material and contact our Returns Department immediately so your claim can be processed.
